WIN服务器ASP.NET出现 Error: 0x80070005 拒绝访问

查看Event Viewer看到的错误为：

Exception: System.IO.FileLoadException

Message: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.

原因：

1、权限引起的,由于此错误出现在虚拟主机,在新建的应用程序使用的是默认的应用程序池,用的是默认账号运行的,而此文件夹没有此权限.更改程序使用的应用程序池或添加权限.

2、Framework1和2混用。

cmd
net stop s3svc
cd C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727
aspnet_regiis -ua
aspnet_regiis -i
net start w3svc
先给所在的目录加加aspnet iiswpg
